I was very glad that she asked me to help out with a program for the theatre. Betsy and I, we go way back. She was a Spanish student of mine at Germantown Friends. I took her and a group of students to Peru and we have kept in touch ever since. I was given the script of the play, The Liar, and it inspired me to be French, Spanish, and Mexican in my choices of dishes. Voila! Bon Appétit, Buen Apetíto.
