Chef Michele demonstrated how to make brioche dough and chocolate mousse. You could taste the brioche and the chocolate mousse! She was assisted by Claudia Deeg of Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School who is a computer teacher of hers. Everybody enjoyed the warm smell of the freshly-baked brioche.
