It was such a pleasure to do a demonstration of brioche dough at the Silverstone Bed and Breakfast on Stenton Avenue in Chestnut Hill, on June 27. Yolanta is a great lady and I was happy to provide a special program linked with the Dames Escoffier. I arrived around 9:30 with a bag of brioche dough to show, all the ingredients for the demonstration of brioche, and a batch of marvelous, warm brioche (fresh out of the oven). Her guests coming from Phoenix, Arizona, were very happy to sit at the end of the session in the beautiful dining room, tasting this warm brioche with jam and butter. To see them with their smiles and happy eyes, I could do it over and over again.
